slightly veering off the post but is Bengia Hemanta an arunachali? Just asking ‘cos need to officially contact Dr. Bhupen Hazarika to get archival film content from the abovementioned film “Meri Dharam Meri Maa”

Else would also appreciate if anyone reading this can provide contact details of the AAPSU activist who would have organized this gathering.

This should be a beginnin chapter for the AAPSU to fully declare that it’s a political party in the garb of innocent students population, whose betterment atleast interms of studies lies in alienating itself from any sorts of political activities. I hope these enlightened future politicos would understand the problems faced by students..and let them concentrate on studies alone. This is where the betterment of arunachal as whole lies in…not in forcing students everytime some student leaders starts having some fancy ideas on”how to earn money – a rather simple way” . God save arunachal…

This is a sad day. All over the world students drive communities. The least this student body could have done was to compose an anthem in a medley of arunachli dialects. First we get stuck with a name which doesnt mean anything in our dialects and now our anthems too!
