Itanagar, Sept.28:  Mass Apatani Community meeting for capital complex will be held today at Dree General Ground, Papu Nala at 2.pm.Meeting has been called by Nani Ribia, sitting MLA of  Ziro  constituency, to discuss important issues and allround development in Apatani  plateau.
